Cooking Instructions: Thaw skewers in refrigerator night before day of consumption. Grill or broil for 6-7 minutes per side, until the steak is cooked to desired temperature.
OVEN ROASTED REDSKIN POTATOES
(Freshly roasted cubed and seasoned Redskin Potatoes)
Reheating Instructions: Remove plastic lid from Pressware, and loosely cover with plastic wrap. Place Pressware in microwave (Level 4) for 5 minutes to heat. Remove Potatoes from microwave, if not hot enough, place back in microwave for 2 minutes intervals until hot.
EASTERN SHORE CRAB CAKES
(Succulent lump crab meat combined with mild seasonings)
Reheating Instructions: Thaw in the refrigerator the night before day of consumption. Microwave (Power Level 4 ) for 4 minutes. Add additional 2 minute intervals, as needed, until heated throughout without overcooking or causing the crab cakes to dry-out.
CORN OFF THE COB
(Freshly harvested Corn with Herb Butter)
Reheating Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator day before consumption. Remove from plastic bag and place in a microwave safe container. Cover container with plastic wrap or paper towel, heat in microwave, power level 5 for 4 minutes or until heated throughout.
MEATBALL STROGANOFF
(Seasoned Meatballs in a rich Sherry Mushroom Beef Sauce served over Egg Noodles)
Reheating Instructions: Thaw in the refrigerator the night before day of consumption. Heat in microwave or on stovestop over medium heat until heated throughout, stirring often to preven meat from drying out. Stir in 2 to 4 Tablespoons of the Sour Cream per serving. Serve Stroganoff hot over cooked Egg Noodles.

SUGAR SNAP PEAS WITH ORANGE-GINGER MARGARINE
(Freshly steamed Sugar Snap Peas with Orange-Ginger Maragarine)
Reheating Instructions: Place frozen Sugar Snap Peas in saucepan with 1/4 cup water. Place on stove top, turn burner on medium-high heat. Cook until peas are to desired tenderness and heated throughout. DO NOT cover pan or overcook peas. They will become mushy and turn olive green.
