SALMON WITH LEEK, CILANTRO AND BLACKBERRY SAUCE
(Broiled Fresh Salmon topped with a Blackberry Wine Sauce and large juicy Blackberries on a bed of sauteed Leek and Cilantro seasoned with Cumin, Lemon Juice and Pepper)

Reheating Instructions:  Thaw in refrigator the night before the day of consumption.  Remove plastic lid from presware, cover with foil and place in oven at 350 degrees until heated throughout.

CORN AND ZUCCHINI SAUTE
(Sweet Corn, slices of Zucchini and stripes of Green and Red Peppers seasoned with Italian Seasonings)
 
Reheating Instructions:  Thaw in refrigerator the night before day of consumption.  Remove plastic lid and cover Pressware loosley with plastic wrap.  Microwave on power level 4 for 3-4 minutes or until heated throughout.

B-B-Q BEEF SHORT RIBS 
(Slow-cooked Beef Ribs in a mild B-B-Q Sauce)

Reheating Instructions:  Thaw in the refrigerator the night before day of consumption. Heat in microwave or on stovetop, covered, stirring often to distribute heat evenly.

STEAMED CAULIFLOWER AND BROCCOLI
(Freshly steamed cauliflower and broccoli seasoned with an Herbed Butter Sauce)

Reheating Instructions:  Place frozen Cauliflower and Broccoli in saucepan with 1/4 cup of water. Place on stovetop, turn burner on to medium high heat. Cook until Cauliflower and Broccoli are to desired tenderness and hot throughout. DO NOT cover pan with lid or overcook otherwise broccoli will turn an olive green and both vegetables will become mushy.

TEX-MEX LASAGNA
(Lasagna Mexican Style with Black Beans, Corn, Lite Cheddar Cheese and medium spicy Salsa)

Baking Instructions:   Thaw in the refrigerator the night before day of consumption. Heat uncovered in 375 degree oven for 45-55 minutes or until heated throughout. Uncover, place under broiler until brown and bubbly. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10-15 munites, garnish with chopped green onion and serve.

CUMIN-CHEDDAR CORN BREAD
(Traditional Corn Bread flavored with Sharp Cheddar Cheese and Cumin)

Reheating Instructions:   Remove from freezer, let it thaw, cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in microwave, power level 4 for 1-2 minutes or until hot throughout. Corn Bread can also be served at room temperature with or without butter.

CHICKEN PARMIGIANO 
(Breaded Chicken Breasts covered with an Italian Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese and Parmesan Cheese)

Reheating Instructions:  Remove lid from pressware container. Loosely cover container with plastic wrap and microwave at medium-high (Power level 7) for approx. 3-5 minutes or until just heated.

BABY PEAS AND PEARL ONIONS 
(Fresh Young Peas and Pearl Onions with Butter and Herbs)

Reheating Instructions:  Thaw in refrigerator the day before consumption. Microwave (Power Level 6) for 4 minutes. Add additional 2 minute intervals, as needed, until heated throughout without overcooking.
