About Personal Chef Lois Wagner
After years of working in the corporate world, Lois Wagner decided that it was time to bring her love of good food and good company to the public. She graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) in May of 2003 with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. Lois continued her education at the Culinary Business Academy in New Jersey, and graduated in December of 2003. Shortly thereafter she started My Chef Du Jour, Inc. to bring her passion for cooking and her desire to make the lives of modern families’ a little bit easier.
Lois is certified by ServSafe and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is an active member of United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) and attends conferences across the country to keep abreast of the changes in her profession. My Chef Du Jour, Inc. is fully licensed and insured. Lois continues to personally test every recipe that she makes for her clients, and is always adding new and tasty meals to her ever growing list.
